827725 - SMS order is incorrect; first sent message gets placed above the real first message received.

## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2013-1-07

## Repro :
1. from a different phone send a SMS message to the unagi phone
2. send 2 messages back using the same sms message thread
3. exit out of the SMS app
4. reenter the SMS app 

## Expected :
1. the incoming message should be on top

## Actual :
1. the outgoing message are on top of the incoming message.

## Note :
1. it may have something to do with it being the same minute and prioritizing message from the phone first?
2. I'm not sure I would block on this... not noming.

Vivien and I had discussed this, I was able to reproduce this... he was not... then we realized it may have something to do with the time settings on the devices.

I verified with the android device and sending via iphone... that if the android device is set with an earlier time than the iphone then the message would appear before.  Marking this bug as invalid; having said that, it means that we have to make sure that the automatic time setting works correctly.
