Current nightly has 6 languages to choose from. We should remove the languages that are not shipping in v1.0.
Dupe me if there's already a bug for this.
Not shipping:
Arabic
Francais
Chinese
shipping:
English
Espanol
Portugues
Repro:
1) install 1/7 nightly unagi build
2) settings > languages
3) verify the not shipping languages are present.
Expected:
-remove the not shipping list for v1.0 builds, and keep the ones being shipped

bug 818306 was a + for blocker and was closed off as won't fix for nightly, the original intent for the bug was for production/ship so I reopened.
