User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20121231071231 Steps to reproduce: Typing an email Actual results: When I typed shift and right after space, the shift was unselected. Expected results: Should keep the shift when type (Space, coma, dot, etc)
Josh, what do we want with this. F.e. Windows Phone behavior is the same as Firefox OS at the moment.

We did not spec this, but in terms of sheer personal preference unsupported by any evidence, I prefer to keep the shift key activated after entering a space. I'll defer to Francis on this one tho, as owner of the keyboard UX.

I'm going to have to disagree with this bug - adding exceptions for certain keys introduces inconsistencies to the shift key behavior. Furthermore the iOS, Android and WP keyboards all follow Firefox OS, and so the weight of user's expectations will most likely be towards having the space key unselect the shift key.
