Details

As described in bug 823122, the settime command is flawed in that no timezone is provided. I implemented setutime in Negatus to get around this, so we should add it to the Java agent for consistency.

The Android/Java version of sutagent is being removed in bug 1255527. (Negatus remains in use at this time.)
