Details
Line 63 of query.cgi contains an array, $name, (scalar ref to array to be
precise?) that does not contain the 'changedto' field. This causes a warning
message about an undefined value on line 384 or so, which is a giant multi-line
print statement. Adding 'changedto' to the $name array makes this warning go away,
as the $default{'changedto'} and $type{'changedto'} are now set.
