Mozilla 2001052510 trunk Linux

Reproducible: always
Steps to reproduce:
1) launch mozilla
2) goto http://haathi.mcom.com/hp
3) click on "HP Machine configuration"

Result: nothing
Expected result: opens link in a new window

This problem doesn't happens on the commercial Linux build
Commercial 2001052510 trunk Linux ~ works fine


And the problem happens for both commercial and mozilla HPUX build 2001052509

The error message that shows up on the console is :

Document http://www.mozilla.org/ loaded successfully
Document http://haathi/hp loaded successfully
Document http://haathi.mcom.com/machines.html loaded successfully
An error occurred updating the cmd_cut command
An error occurred updating the cmd_copy command
An error occurred updating the cmd_paste command
An error occurred updating the cmd_selectAll command

I don't believe those errors are part of this problem.  They come up on todays 
linux build as well, and that build works.  Those errors come up as soon as you 
hit the enter key while the cursor is in the url bar.  

Also, I just barely beat you to this one.  Marking duplicate of 82790
