The recent Firefox release announcement loads data from Bugzilla. While it could be helpful in order to stress-test the Bugzilla installation on higher requests rate, it doesn't work. Steps to reproduce: Load release announcement on https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2013/01/08/firefox-makes-web-games-and-apps-speedier/ - note the image doesn't load. The blog posts load the [1] URL, which gets redirected to URL [2]. I get the error message " You are not authorized to access bug #820994. " from Bugzilla when logged in to Bugzilla as well as when I am not. This could happen because the bug is restricted to a large group of users, maybe all Mozilla employees or something similar. Correct, the bug in question is restricted and not viewable by the general public (I can't see it either). Assuming the image is suitable for public display (ie not a security or privacy concern and doesn't reveal any secrets), the simplest solution is to download it from bugzilla and upload it to the blog to embed into the post directly. Of course, this means finding someone who can access bug 694991 to get the image, and I don't know who that might be.

Hi Chris, According to the site, you are the author of the blog post in question. I guess that you have access to to restricted bug and can help us resolve this issue quickly. Two possible solutions: 1. Download the image from the bug and place it somewhere else. 2. Reset permissions on bug 820994.
