Marketplace currently has NZ, Australia and Canada set up as regions. As we do not have plans to specifically support these regions (with currency) and they could be part of Rest of World, they are not needed. While losing the ability to market or promote apps in these regions, there are not yet any plans to do this.
We should remove these regions. We can add them back if there becomes a requirement for this.
UK, while not supported today, we do potentially have plans to support (not confirmed). So this is OK.

- Add migration to remove region exclusions for regions being removed
- Remove region classes form mkt/constants/regions.py
