PayAndID-002 - As a developer, when I select a price tier, I will see the a tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive price displayed for a region, and indication of whether the price is tax inclusive (currently only for Spain), and Net Amount I would expect to earn (~70% after taxes/fees) to me in the local currency so that I know immediately what the price will be to the end user in that region and the proceeds that I should receive.

Note:  The 70% may be a calculation based on other information and is based on the taxes and fees added on top or taken out of the price.  Will need to provide details from the contract.

The goal is to have transparency to the developers.
