We need to update the emulator used by TBPL emulator tests to pick up a fix for bug 813596, specifically the commit https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/platform_external_qemu/commit/c45764c00df55199111d9443bb2da42e1c27a41c .

We don't normally generate the emulator.zip ourselves.
Can you upload it somewhere?

As per Bug 824606  the emulator.zip is normally generated by jgriffin (with jenkins), once its created we're more than happy to get it uploaded to our systems.

Yes, the jenkins builder just uses a different filename.
