This is a post 1.0 request. The current power savings mode does not function as spec'd in the notification toggle.
1. Rafa, attach the spec
2. Dev needs to implement the code
3. Peter, attach the updated power savings graphic based on the spec.

Do we have the bug about replacing power-saving mode with airplane mode in quick settings? (Do we need to remove it in settings app also?)

Sorry for the delay, but this decision was made during Berlin so there is no spec for this.
