828371 - ingbank.pl doesn't recognize B2G UA as mobile

ingbank.pl serves a desktop site to B2G. Bug 823364 added an UA override for this domain. The override should be removed once the domain serves mobile content to B2G. This bug tracks the evangelism for the site to recognize the B2G UA and the removal of the override at that time.

* On the stock browser for Android, ING proposes a mobile site in polish with the possibility to download an app on Google play.
* With the UA override, Firefox OS gets the same mobile site with a possibility to download a site on Google Play.
* Without UA overrides, Firefox OS gets the desktop site. Not sure what is the best user experience.

I was checking what's happening for some other properties of ING. ingdirect.fr and ing.be propose on Android stock browser the desktop sites. No specific mobile sites.
