828580 - Back button on Marketplace Privacy Policy does not go back to Settings

* Settings App | Device Information | Your Privacy
* Click "Marketplace"
* Policy loads in a new web browser window
* Scroll policy

Actual: jerky, laggy "title bar" ("Privacy Policy" with a back button) follows you down and up the page. If this page is to have a title bar, it should be properly position:fixed.

Clicking Back on said title bar does not return you to the settings app, but to a copy of the Marketplace embedded in your browser. This is unexpected.

This copy of the Marketplace does work, so the UX is not _terrible_, but having it in the browser is weird.

20130114 build:

This is now better, in that there is a big Back button at the bottom of the screen which does the right thing. However, there is still a smaller Back button at the top of the screen, in the standard Firefox OS position, and that takes you back to viewing the Market in the context of the FTU app. Which is weird. This second Back button should be disabled/hidden.

The user is unable to tap on the back button when the steps below are performed.

1. Go to Settings-Device Information
2. Tap "Your Privacy" Button
3. Tap on one of the options (browser opens up)
4. Press hold HOME button to switch to Settings (in the task switcher)
5. Tap on the back button on the Privacy page

Removing leorun4 as it is not failing any test case. 

But the issues still repros as per steps found on comment 0 and comment 2.

It's now no longer possible to go back from the Marketplace privacy policy to the Settings app :-( The big Back button has disappeared. The browser Back button is non-functional, and the in-page "Back" button (left arrow) takes you to another part of the Marketplace.

works for me in 2.1 master
