Details
STR (on Unagi phone, latest build):
* Open Settings app
Expected: UI appears and is stable
Actual: UI appears, then redraws several times, adjusting the vertical position of items, as various bits of additional information load, such as the WiFi state, GPS on/off state, cellular provider name, bluetooth status etc.
The space reserved for these bits of data should be at least equal to the font height, so that the entries do not jump about. It makes the app look like it was, well, built with HTML, and is loading over a slow network. It creates a really bad impression.

This is now slightly better (20130612 build, 1.1.0.0-prerelease), because there's placeholder text like "Offline" for wifi, but it's still sometimes a different height to the "Connected to Network" text, and so there's a small amount of jank. :-|
