Details

STR: 1) Show the command line tools 2) Get a few error on the console 3) Select the web inspector and close the developers toolbar but not the command line toolbar. 4) Click on the error count icon. This shows the inspector which I find very confusing. I think 'Ohh, what are the two errors the inspector has found?' while the errors are in the console. This is even worse if you don't have 'JS' select in the console making the two errors very hard to discover.
Hi, I'd like to work on this bug.
I'm not sure what to do with this. I'm slightly confused because the developers toolbar is the same thing as the command line toolbar, so maybe the command line toolbar refers to the popup webconsole. I see that it's a bit confusing to have the toolbox open to the inspector with the developers toolbar below it showing errors, we've thought about moving the error marker into the toolbox as a result. But it's not been worked on in 4 years, and I don't see that the priority of GCLI has increased in that time, so I don't think we need to keep it on file.
