Select multiple certs in the Certificate Manager. Click on View.
Expected behavior: Several View Cert windows open up (as many as were selected)
so that you can view them side-by-side.
Observed behavior: one window opens. When you click OK, the second window
opens, and so on until all the cert viewers have been opened.

This may not make the final cut.
