Steps to reproduce:

The Ctrl+Shift+K that i have always used to open the quick filter bar stop working unexpectly.

To do it runs again, I use View -> Toolbar -> Quick Filter Bar.

This problem started with the 17.0.2 (last update)
Anything in tools | error console?

Does it work again if you install version 16?

I'm now in 17.0.6. It's working again. I don't know since which version it started to work again.
