Details

Currently, BrowserElementScrolling will accumulate the panning distance without considering the direction of panning. Also, the panning distance is not correctly reset after each touchstart-touchmove-touchend transaction. This is a tracking bug for cleaning up the information inside the BrowserElementScrolling.
