Details

Ericz raised some common questions when creating a Discussion Forum of caveats in our setup. This is a sign we should probably dust off the Mana docs and make sure all the common cases are accounted for and troubleshooting steps given.

* clear definition of what kinds of lists map to which {mail,lists}.mozilla.{org,com}.
* expected workflow in creating a list/forum
* possible "oops, we hit an error" on list creation.
* how to find a list before Advertised is enabled
* where admin password is kept

Some is covered in Newsgroups, some in the Nagios mailman alerts. Needs consolidation and updating.
I added a bit about several of these things in the docs as I went along but I'm sure you can improve it further.
I've updated mana and cross-linked pages, so if you're reading the docs, all the special cases should be listed clearly. I'll have w0ts0n create the next few lists as they come in, to get his feedback.
