User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121130221523 Steps to reproduce: * Created new addressbook "Corp" * added deals@livingsocial.com to it * Edited account settings of my hotmail account to "Do not automatically mark mail as junk if the sender is in: " -> "Corp" * received mail from deals@livingsocial.com (correctly shows up as being in the address book) Actual results: The message went to Junk Expected results: Settings clearly say the message should not have been marked as junk Notes: * This is using a new profile, migrated as per http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Thunderbird * I've enabled adaptive junk filter logging, but the log is empty after receiving this email. Not sure how to debug this further
*PING* this is a major problem, can someone take a look??

Address kostya@relevad.com is in an address book, Junk Settings includes this address book in the "Do not [...] mark as junk [...]". From/to emails are same Subject & body copy/pasted from real junk -- which shouldn't matter because sender is whitelisted. Konstantin, sorry there's been such a long break. Does this fail for every address book that is set for whitelist, or just the one address book?

Summary: "Do not [...] mark mail as junk if sender is in [address books]" doesn't work → "Do not [...] mark mail as junk if sender is in [address books]" doesn't work. whitelist fails.
Pretty sure it fails for any whitelisted address book, but haven't checked in such high detail I usually keep several whitelisted: friends, coworkers, neighbors, member deals, etc..

Please check whether it affects more than one AB. And also please check to see if occurs when Thunderbird is started in safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode
