Details

We are currently using short date for all downloads, but would be nicer to use it only for recent downloads and switch to full data for older ones. We must figure the best threshold, at first glance may be either yesterday at 00:00 or at the beginning of the week (the short date has nice simple text for week days)
I think we should at least fix this for downloads done in previous years.
