OK... not sure if this should go here or to the FreeAmp people, but... I recently downloaded, compiled and installed FreeAmp 2.1 on my desktop linux machine. This machine is also running Mozilla0.9. When FreeAmp is running, I am unable to start Mozilla. It appears that mozilla goes so far through the start up process then freezes. After any period of time, killing FreeAmp allows Mozilla to complete it's startup after which it runs normally. I am able to start freeamp after mozilla is running, although it seems that Mozilla freezes more often in this case... This also happens with Galeon, but no other app that I'm aware (NS4.7 runs fine..., haven't checked other Mozilla versions)
Do you have the flash plugin? If so, dup of bug 58339.
