Notifications in the notification panel should have a close button

Gestures are hard. It is not clear for a user how you should dismiss a particular notification. But if you go to the browser application you will see some 'X' for tabs in the right panel. This makes it obvious about how you can close an a tab and it does not takes that much more space.
Nominating because of the usability issue.

I take the point, but let's not block on this, and instead revisit once we have more user testing data. This is consistent with prior art, FWIW. There is also a prominent "Clear all" button within the Utility Tray, for users who never discover the gestures.

This is inconsistent with the browser application :)

Closing bug based on Josh's comment 2 and length of time this bug has been inactive. The users have the gesture to slide the notification left or right to dismiss (may be a power user move). But if they never notice this they can use the clear all button.
