Steps to reproduce:
In a feed folder, select view -> feed message body as -> summary and plain text.
Actual results:
The feed message still displays as HTML.
Expected results:
It should display as plain text as in mail.
the feed summary is displayed with the same format as that selected for mail. the pref does not apply to a feed web page. there is a bug to make the feed summary html/plaintext pref different from email, but it is not implemented.

The reason why this bug should be resolved immediately is:
the lack of 17.0.4 ESR, or said in other words it is the postponing TB release 17.0.4 (or the equivalent regular user release)
for many days since 17.0.4 Firefox with a vulnerability patched had been released.
