1. Introduce three times an invalid SIM PIN
2. In the SIM PUK page introduce an invalid PUK code, then click on OK
ACTUAL RESULT
The SIM is not unlocked. No error/warning message is displayed informing that the PUK is wrong
EXPECTED RESULT
The SIM is not unlocked. The app should display an error/warning message informing that the PUK is invalid

The problem is only if you introduce the PUK without the new PIN, as showed in the attachment.
