Enter SIM PIN page is cut off

I can sometimes have a half homescreen even if I have never ask for a keyboard on the homescreen application.

Steps to reproduce:
 - Open the message app and launch the view to create a new message
 - dismiss the keyboard by tapping the content
 - in a quick succession hit the input field at the bottom of the sms app and then hit the home button

Actual result: 
 - The application goes away and you see the homescreen application beeing resized. Sometimes it is not resized and you end up with a half homescreen :/

Expected result:
 - The application goes away and you see the homescreen.

This is mostly fixed by bug 829061. This is still not ideal that the homescreen is resized but this is a different issue that is probably not blocking. I will file a followup.
