Created attachment 701074 [details] bug.png User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20130110 Firefox/21.0 Build ID: 20130110030939 Steps to reproduce: 1. Create fresh profile. 2. Go to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/ 3. Click on the "Mozilla" slider button on the top right. Observe speed of the animation. 4. Now click the X button on teh "It's the Web. You drive." bar, so that it collapses. Now again click on the "Mozilla button". Observe the animation again. Actual results: Animation is much jerkier with the second heading bar enabled. This jerkiness is worse with HWA on, compared to HWA off. Expected results: Smooooth animation always. Please compare this with IE10 RC.
With HWA on : With the second headline : http://people.mozilla.com/~bgirard/cleopatra/#report=b3fdba71daf166e21db1a4441d9f33263473178d without the second headline : http://people.mozilla.com/~bgirard/cleopatra/#report=f6eeac3744c4128ab603932cbef20aad81a23110
The animation runs smoothly for me, on the latest Nightly (20130114031033), with HWA on. Could you please try the following : 1) try this with a clean profile: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles 2) running in Safe mode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
