Unagi, build 20130104070203

Unable to select Gmail/Hotmail account option as it’s specified in test cases: #1935,1938,1939. There is no Gmail/Hotmail option displayed on the Account setup page.

Repro Steps: 
1. Update Unagi Phone to build 20130104070203
2. Without having accounts setup, launch email
3. Select Gmail/Hotmail

Actual Results: There is no option to select Gmail/Hotmail account available on the Account setup page.

Expected Results:  There is an option to select Gmail/Hotmail account displayed on the Account Setup page.

Notes:
-Repros 100% on all Unagi devices

Bug 809552 is where we removed the service selection card per discussion with Casey as a stop-gap fix for v1.0.0, with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=809552#c20 being the key decision, although there was a name mismatch.

It was removed because the only thing the selection card added was that we would pre-fill an e-mail domain in the input box.  Unfortunately, by putting something in that input box, the placeholder text for the input would no longer be displayed.  Since we lacked screen real estate for the input boxes with labels, it was deemed desirable to have the placeholder text visible.  Other options like new/complex widgets or more aggressive focus/selection management were also considered.

The interaction diagrams have not been changed; UX may need to revisit the account creation process for v1.0.1 or v1.1.0 or v2 or something.

No action is currently being taken and the test-case should probably be disabled for v1.0.0 at least.  Naoki mentioned there being an in-moztrap flag, but I'm not seeing that, at least as a non-attachment flag?

Hrm.  I actually modified bug 61879.  You shouldn't have the email setup dialog anymore.

QA note: If there are any other test cases that fail due to this bug: please do not comment here, please do not reopen this bug.  Please set the test case to invalid and we'll fix it.  You should not see the setup dialog.  Another thing to also keep in mind, please look to see what you are testing for as a final result.

Checked for v1.1.0  Deleted old test cases that are no longer valid, modified to make sure valid test cases are there.
