Steps to reproduce:

Open this blog and try to scroll down with your mouse wheel (or magic mouse under macos)

Actual results:

It feels like going through honey - very slow and tearing and jumpy.


Expected results:

Should be go smooth like under Firefox v17.

No, since that Report was filed at a Time before Firefox 17.

Can you search for a Regression Range to confirm if this really is a Regression Firefox 17 Vs. 18 using http://mozilla.github.com/mozregression/ ?

Per https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar the Startdate against MC would be 2012-08-27.

I found out that de-activating "Hardware-Beschleunigung" fixes the problem.
Under FF17 the Hardware-Beschleunigung(Hardware Acceleration) worked flawless.

System: MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard - GeForce 9400M

Looks the same to me on Mac OS X 10.8.2 with HWA ON both on FF 17 and 18.

Did you fix it in Firefox (Mac)24.0?

Because http://osttellerrand.blogspot.de/ and http://www.consol.at/ running now flawless with HWA on.
