Steps to reproduce:
Opening the browser, I get a blank page, and not the home page I've set in Preferences. Maybe the same BUG ID 1716171?

After startup, what shows for:
Clicking the Home page button takes you to this group of pages: ?
Create a new, clean Profile & test there.

Do you see any error in the Error console? Does this also happen in Safe Mode?

The setting never changed, has been always: Home Page, no Blank Page.
However, today-nightly build works fine. The browser loads my home page at startup.
