Bug 685526 calls for async types. I'm pushing a few bits out to follow-ups. Allow DelegateType to see other type values so we don't need the lastValue hack, which breaks when things are async. Several bugs ask for args to be passed around so this could perhaps be part of a bigger set of bugs.
