Steps to reproduce:
1. Load My Submissions landing page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submissions
2. Click on "Edit Listing" link from a listed app
3. Observe the "Privacy Policy" field from the App Details section

Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.

Actual results:
Scroll bar arrows are displayed for the Privacy Policy field.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on Chrome 23.0 (Win 7).

Chrome bugs do not need to be within this week's milestone.

I'm on Mac OS X running Chrome Version 23.0.1271.101. Looks fine to me: http://cl.ly/image/3W1H1Q3j0H0i

We're using `overflow: auto` which is correct. Can you confirm that you have this rendering issue on the latest version of Chrome?

Also, can you please put URLs in the URL field in the future? Thanks!

Yes, this issue is reproducing on Chrome 24.0.1312.52 (Win 7). Sorry about the missing URL.
