0. my setup uses the combined reload+stop button
1. open a new tab (about:newtab)
2. type: http://www.asdasdasdasdasdasdasdasd.com/
3. click on the go arrow, and quickly on X to stop loading
4. the url bar shows an unclickable reload button

4. reload button allows reloading of new site
