830571 - Kill dialer during making a phone call with x shouldn't be allowed.

I can't close the dialer during starting a phone call in the window manager with swiping but I can kill it with the little x. After killing it with the x the whole phone becomes unusable. Homescreen doesn't load any more.

This does happen (You could kill dialer when calling by x button) but my phone doesn't become unusable.
Anyway we shouldn't prepend a close button to the dialer..it's a regression.

Another one line fix...

I think this is a regression from BerlinWW.
