Can we get sand.mozilla.org to redirect to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Irc Seems to be not redirection on iphone

People should never access the nodes behind irc.mozilla.org directly. There is a DNS geolocation based redirection for it, thus we only care that http://irc.mozilla.org redirect to what wiki page.

sand.mozilla.org doesn't exist any more. Was decommissioned during SJC1 to SCL3 move of services.

Actually, gravel did not have the redirect in place, so this is now fixed.
