Bug 820935 was about adding a translation status page, this one is about linkifying the locale names. Rationale: 

"This looks good. Would be nice if the translated list linked to the translated documents. It's possible for someone to partially translate a document so it's always nice to be able to verify."
Hey Kadir, if I understand correctly, I did this in the initial change.

You can see that the locales are linkified.
