Steps to reproduce:

Updated Firefox to 18 (and later reproduced with 19 too) on Mac OS X. I am not sure which branch I was on before.


Actual results:

Tooltips, dropdown menus, etc. appear on the monitor containing the menu bar, and NOT on the monitor that actually contains the window.


Expected results:

Obviously, those stuff should display on the correct monitor, on the window.
I guess that you have a monitor with HiDPI (retina) and one without.
