831170 - Trusted UI offsets content when keyboard is visible

Attachment: Trusted UI content shifted up when keyboard is visible

When the keyboard is visible in the Trusted UI, contents of the UI are shifted upward (apparently by a distance equal to the height of the keyboard).

STR: On device:
1. open browser
2. visit notoriousb2g.123done.org
3. use the blue link in the corner to sign in with Persona
4. notice that the Trusted UI appears with the persona dialog in it
5. focus on the email input field
6. keyboard appears, content shifts upward

These problems were not evident earlier today, nor for the past few weeks.  I see them now after building with current latest gaia + mozilla-central + b2g:

This is a serious usability problem for Marketplace and Identity.

This does not occur on desktop builds for me; only device.  (Strange; why?)

Actually that's not so surprising.  Page layout on device and desktop is different.  Though maybe this is a clue that will help someone track down the problem?

Does this reproduce on a b2g18 build?

I know we fixed a bug like this on b2g18 a week or so ago.

Note - Mozilla Central is a bit of a mess right now post work week, so I'm not surprised if this ends up reproducing on central, not b2g18.

FWIW, I've just tested with an unagi build with a two or three days old b2g18 version and I can't reproduce the issue.

Thanks, Fernando.  Yes, it's working with latest unagi builds (Jan 16, today), but they seem to lag a day or two behind gaia.  So if there is a regression, it would take a couple days to show up in latest.  I'll see what happens when b2g finishes building with b2g18 + gaia.  Hopefully this was just snafu with m-c.

Ok it does work with latest b2g18 source build (tip @1f0707eed4c3)

Marking this invalid.  I'll re-open if it appears in b2g18.
