If a font includes Graphite shaping tables, we shouldn't mask out cmap ranges of complex (Arabic, Indic, etc) scripts in the Mac font code, as this will prevent people actually using Graphite fonts for such scripts unless the font ALSO includes either AAT or OpenType tables, but that shouldn't be a requirement.
