dragging other applications over mozilla causes screen corruption

On both windows 98 and 2000, dragging another application over a mozilla window (reguardless of type) causes screen corruption, the window is not redrawn. The two workarounds are to reapply the theme and to drag other mozilla windows over the corrupted mozilla window. Recreating this bug is simple: Open mozilla, then open notepad. Drag the notepad window over the mozilla window. Any windows application has the same effect.

Reporter, what Mozilla build are you using?
The build I am using is 0.9: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9) Gecko/20010505. Same version tested on both 98 and 2000. It is quite possible this is a duplicate; I did search on Bugzilla for related concepts (i.e. corruption, repaint) but was unable to find the bug; most likely due to my unfamillarity with the Bugzilla system.
That's right. Marking dupe. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 80847 ***
