Willy: First, let me elaborate on what Matti said in comment #3 and #6 above. "Steps to Reproduce: nothing" If you can reproduce this bug every time then there is some well-defined way to do it. Please describe in detail how you trigger the bug, with 1. 2. 3. steps as in a kitchen recipe, so that anyone reading the bug report should be able to reproduce the bug too, while neither watching you nor reading your mind. The recipe you give should be detailed enough for any dummy to be able to do it; and if special steps (such as logging in or making sure you're logged-in, having some particular extension installed, right-clicking at a certain place, clicking a particular button or link, etc.) are required, please mention them. "When I go to pogo.com" seems to indicate that step 1 would be browsing some pogo.com page. Please indicate the exact URL (go to the page in question, click in the URL bar, hit Ctrl+A to select the URL, hit Ctrl+C to copy it to the clipoard, then paste it, e.g. after "1. Go to " as part of your reply comment on this bug). Then add steps 2, 3, etc. to tell us *exactly* what you do once you've arrived on this page, until the bug is seen. Then add "Actual results" and "Expected results" paragraph written as clearly as you can. Other things: - Do you see the problem in Safe Mode? (Help → Restart with Add-ons Disabled) - Do you see the problem in a fresh profile? (see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager#Creating_a_new_profile for details) - Try starting the Error Console just before going to the problem page (Tools → Web Development → Error Console). Does it (after you trigger the bug) show errors that look relevant to the problem (e.g. errors about pogo.com)?
Once you've accessed the Profile Manager as described above, click on "Create Profile" and follow the instructions. Mozilla Suite/SeaMonkey users may have to click on "Manage Profiles..." first. Enter a descriptive name for the new profile and click the Finish button. Before starting with a selected profile, uncheck the "Don't ask at startup" option if you want the Profile Manager to appear each time you open the program; otherwise, the selected profile will automatically start each time.
