Summary: crashes on website link → Frmaes page doesn't load correctly
I retitled this bug because it doesn't crash on Windows of UNIX but it's obvious
that something is wroing when the frames page is loaded, i.e. the frame content
isn't updated and you can't navigate anywhere else on Win98.
