Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Unagi build 20130117070201 Version 18.0
2. Open Gallery app
3. Tap on any photo.
4. Tap on the Share button to bring up a Share pop up menu.
5. Long tap on the Home Button.
6. When Card view pops up close out of Gallery by swiping it upward.
7. Notice that the Share menu is still present.
8. Tap Wallpaper
9. Notice you now see the image from gallery and have Cancel and Set as Wallpaper.
10. These buttons have no function in this state.
Repro: 5/5 on all unagi devices.
Actual results:
Able to bring break the Share feature by bringing up a pop up menu for gallery and then closing out of gallery which leaves the pop up menu behind. This is incorrect behavior.
Expected results:
If you have the share pop up menu up and you long tap on the Home button and close Gallery, the share pop up menu in the background should close as well.

If you tap any other option then wallpaper for step 8, you may get varied broken results but the bug happens before step 8 so once fixed, these differences won't matter in the end.

Checking for other areas this type of menu can be messed up.

This issue no longer occurs on the Leo with the variables below. Marking as Works for me.
