 (1) Run FTU
 (2) Tap "Next" buttons

If the tap has certain properties, then there's no button click and the button is stuck.  This makes it look like the phone has frozen.  Not able to consistently repro but it's happened twice this week.

Will run some testing scenarios, but haven't yet been able to reproduce this today using the nightly build.

After flashing.

Reproduced another couple times yesterday.  Still can't get STR.

I only was able to reproduce partially (meaning, I couldn't see the button active state when clicking rapidly, but didn't get stuck and navigation worked properly).
Do we have a repro flow for it or is still random-ish?

Didn't see it for the last few memory-test runs.
