Not this again. :( The update has been occasionally gotten stuck in maintenance mode. This probably happens when bzr server fails (it has been doing that a lot lately) or something other nasty thing happens and the script exits abnormally.

Looks like the update job has been stuck since 10th of Jan due to bzr client or server freezing. Killed it and cleared things up so this "maintenance" is now over. Sorry about that. :)
