User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0
Build ID: 20130104151925

Steps to reproduce:

Entered http://www.nytimes.com/ in the address bar.

Actual results:

nytimes.com comes up with no formatting (screenshot attached). This happens with many other websites: facebook, gmail, etc.

I can fix this by clearing the history, or by reloading the website using Ctrl+F5. But this is happening almost every day now. It is getting very annoying.

Expected results:

It should have loaded the site properly.
Do you have a Samsung Laptop ?
Yes I do. However, this problem also happens in my desktop (less often though).
