832565 - Here maps (nokia maps) update causes maps to no longer work

STRs (reported during test driver office hours):

Start with a build from a while ago, but with working updates and the old "Maps" app.

Update to 1/16 (may not be necessary but this happened in that timeframe.

Get a notification for a Here Maps application update.

Accept and Download

Problem 1: Download fails and you can't re-try.

Problem 2: This breaks the existing maps app and replaces with a Here Maps app that has a default rocket icon and loads a download prompt (that also fails)

Note a clean flash of 1/16 has the working new Here maps app.

We should probably make sure that app updates don't break apps (especially critical ones like maps.)

Won't fix per talking with Fabrice. We didn't clean up nicely when we migrated from the old to the new maps app, which causes the behavior described.

We don't plan on fixing it either, given that it was a slip up in configuring the apps in the build.

Yes. The hosted app vs. packaged app issue is no longer relevant.
