Occasionally we have to delete feedback from the site that never should have been posted. Sometimes it contains confidential or other information that should not be public.

At a minimum, people with admin privileges should be able to search for specific feedback and delete it.

One thing we should look into is whether to add text to the site that specifically lays out the procedure for getting feedback removed from the site. I'm not sure how that would work. How do other Mozilla sites deal with this?
Grabbing this one. Just going to address the "add ability to remove feedback from admin" part. The other procedure part should get pushed off to a new bug.
