User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/24.0.1312.52 Safari/537.17

Steps to reproduce:

1) boot up the device with sim lock deactivated
2) turn on airplane mode
3) turn off airplane mode
4) switch between on and off of airplane mode several times


Actual results:

The sim lcok NCK code dialog will pop up 


Expected results:

since the sim lock has not been activated, the NCK code dialog should never pop up.

Me neither. Could you please tell us what gecko and gaia commit hashes are your build based on? IIRC you were testing on otoro devices, right?

checked with :atsai, after the NCK screen shows up, it seems any 4 digit number can dismiss the NCK dialog. Is this what you are seeing with security locked devices? the devices atsai has is not security locked. Want to understand the impact here. Thanks
