Details

We need 'puppet again' configs for the dev-stage01 replacement that are compatible with CentOS 6.

Dev/test of the puppet configs will happen on relabs02.build.mtv1.mozilla.com.
Blank node def for relabs02 added in https://hg.mozilla.org/build/puppet/rev/4eb46aef8e49
